We are always looking for Experienced Walkers

We are currently looking for experienced dog care professionals that can provide various services such as walking, sitting, fussing, playing enrichment games etc.

The position will be self employed and you must be located near to Sutton Coldfield / Erdington (Birmingham UK)

Please do not enquire if you are not located in this area.

You must drive and have access to a vehicle that can safely transport dogs that may require being taken to a more suitable location such as a park or quiet area, all depending on the needs of the dog.

You must possess or be willing to complete a DBS background check.

The role can be very demanding and is predominately outdoors so please bear in mind the year round British weather. When the weather becomes too hot to safely walk our dogs we are required to offer alternative activities such as garden play time and enrichment games.

You must be physically fit and strong enough to handle all breeds of dogs.

You will be expected to take photographs and videos of the walk or activity and share with the customer as soon as the walk has been completed and a brief message with any issues or just letting them know that everything is fine. 

You will also be expected to be active on social media, to share and like posts and to also post certain content when appropriate.

We offer a decent rate of pay, well above minimum wage.

You will need your own insurance which costs about £80/£100 per year.

You will be self employed and not exclusively work for The Four Paws Agency.

You will be responsible for submitting your own yearly tax returns and providing a monthly invoice to The Four Paws Agency for any work you have provided for us.
